Registration
Follow these two steps to register your child for Summer Camp. After you register, proceed to the payment section below.
1) Club Membership Registration (K-4th grade)
Register your child for a Club Membership if they do not have one currently.
This membership for youth ages 11-18. The cost is free.

Register your child for this year’s Summer Camp.
Attention Chatsworth Residents! We will offer Summer Camp in 2023 from June 5th to August 11th. Camp is held Monday-Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM at PCPE school. Use the southwest doors of the building.
Payment (All sites)
Each child must be paid for individually. You can pay for the entire summer in advance (10% discount), pay for the upcoming week ($75), or make a drop-in payment of $25/day.

How do I register for summer camp?
Fill out a membership application. If you do not have a current membership, then pay $30 for the year.
Fill out a summer registration form
If you are eligible for the Childcare Assistance Program, please fill out the CCAP application prior to your child(ren) attending summer camp.
Pay a one-time $25 registration fee per family (not per child) to secure your spot.
Complete the Parent/Guardian Handbook.
How much is summer camp?
Summer camp is $75 per week per child if paid the Friday before the week they are attending. You may pay ONLINE up until 5pm Sunday. After 5pm, you will have to pay the drop in fee.
Our drop-in fee $25 per day per child the day of drop in.
The cost of the entire summer is $750 for Pontiac and $675 for Fairbury. If the total amount is paid prior to the start of summer camp, a 10% discount will be applied at the time of payment.
If you are eligible for CCAP, we will let you know your co-pay for the summer.
How old does my child need to be?
Your child MUST be between the ages of 5 and 18 on the day of the camp start date.
Will breakfast and lunch be provided?
Yes, we will provide breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snack.
What days will the members go swimming? Does it cost to go swimming?
Pontiac members will go swimming on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays (afternoons) at the Recreation Center. If your child does not have a Rec Center membership, the cost is $2 per day.
Fairbury members will swim Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Monday/Wednesday will swim with the general public from 1:00-3:00. Friday 9:00-10:45. Cost is $5 drop in fee per visit, $75 for an individual pass for the summer, or $145 for a family pass.
Will my child go on field trips?
Yes, field trips will be held every Thursday. Permission slips and payments will need to be completed the Tuesday before the field trip to secure spot on bus. For cost of field trips, refer to field trip schedule on previous page.
Will refunds be issued?
There will no refunds issued for summer camp so please plan accordingly. WE WILL NOT ROLL OVER MONEY UNUSED FROM PREVIOUS WEEK. We plan staff each week to ensure safety.
